Nick has long served as the development producer for RCBL, Inc., the production company of Rob Long (Cheers, Sullivan & Son), developing original television series for TBS, FX, NBC, 20th Century Fox. Do It Yourself, a sitcom filmed on the employees of a Home Depot-like superstore, filmed on the Warner Bros lot, and Death Pact, a comedy thriller starring Tracy Morgan, filmed at the Greenpoint Backlot in Brooklyn, New York.

More recently, Nick was hired by Pangaea Studios (formerly Tyler Perry Studios) in Atlanta, Georgia, to launch their episodic development division, and most notably connected with the Judge Judy creators to sell a courtroom television show, selling projects to Sony, Fox, Amazon Studios, and the Sinclair Station groups.
